Animal Immobilizer - Waterproof, Wireless, Hand-Held, USB Rechargeable

Used for the first time today, castration of 400-550# calves. We ran them into a chute, but not into the head gate (as recommended, animal sometimes will lean hard forward), insert and turn on. You need to watch animal if muscles twitching, back off a little. Each animal was different. As seen in one of the videos, animal will pick back foot up, supposedly if you move to other side of tail, other foot will rise. Much saver, didn't need to try holding tail up over back either. Only thing was I didn't charge it long enough apparently. Suppose to last 10 hours, it ran out of power on 3rd of 5 calves. I'm guessing will need to charge 24-48 hours, verses only a couple that I did 3 days ago.

If the animal is jumping around, it would be great to have a remote corded control to adjust the intensity of the electronic field. This would help fine-tune the instrument to each animal to help immobilize them and make any medical procedure much safer.

This item is cheap made and doesn’t work as described.It’s a waist of money.The probe broke on the second animal we tried it on
