Good quality, material and elastic strapping. It is fairly easy to understand the different support adjustments. It will take some time however for each person to experiment with these different supports to find the one that is best to support your strain or tear. I have a Lambral Tear, in my hip socket, so depending on where my tear is located and the support I am trying to achieve, I can support it and gently move it back into it proper position with this support system. Do understand that it will move the hip, it needs to be constantly watched, as too much movement is possible and sometimes not desirable. In my tear, I am dealing with support muscles, damaged nerves, inflammation, cartilage growth etc etc., I also use up to two more of the standard wrap around,, one size fits all, neoprene/velcro, groin supports to further support and restrict full motion sometimes for proper healing. I have a 31in waist, I ordered the small size > it does fit tight but not too much, giving good support. DMSO & Arnica oil is what I use for inflammation as well as good ice packs that encircle the groin hip area, and heat. When I feel pain, I find it is inflamed. Did not care for wrap and when used it was uncomcortable

The shape of these compression shorts are very odd. The distance from the waistband to the crotch is so long, they cannot possibly fit properly. Either you need to pull the waist up to your chest or the crotch hangs down around the knees. There is no way to pull them up far enough to fit properly. The compression straps seemed well made, but I never even bothered to try them out as the shorts fit so poorly they could not possibly be worn. These were immediately returned for a refund and replaced with another brand.

I pulled my groin training 2 months before my Spartan race and ordered the GH2 compression shorts. I must say they worked perfectly I finished the race with no pain and even beat my record last year by 34mins.

It didn't come with instructions how to apply the wrap.

The elastic wrap keeps slipping down my thigh. Tried wrapping in several different ways to no avail. Not a good purchase. An expensive purchase that is not being used.

As the time for a hip replacement draws ever closer, This hands down is providing the most relief of the half dozen other products I tried. So versatile as well.
