- > Ichoc Chocolate Mixed Case Details - 1 x Chocolate Orange,1 x Choco Cookie Rice> 1 x Choc White Nougat Crisp Rice,1 x Choc White Vanilla Rice Choc> 1 x Classic & 1 x Choc Super Nut Rice> Chocolate heaven - chocolate that is completely free of animal products and yet at the same time, so similar to 'traditional' chocolate. Instead of using powdered milk from animals, we use rice drink powder (also known as 'rice milk'). Our innovative recipes enable us to offset the sweet taste of the rice milk, and as a result, even non-vegans find it hard to notice a difference in the chocolate. Everything is organic and original, made using the resources that Mother Nature offers us, and we do not even consider using artificial flavourings or questionable emulisfiers like soya lecithin. iChoc vegan chocolate is manufactured in the renowned Ludwig Weinrich chocolate factory in Herford, East Westphalia. The factory has a history that dates back 100 years, and it was once pioneering in the production of Fairtrade and organic chocolate, devoting its heart and soul to probably the greatest craft of them all. Production is based on the 'Bean-to-Bar' principle - that is - from the unroasted cocoa bean, to the finished product, everything takes place under one roof

Not sure if they are 100% vegan
Lovely pack of chocolates, nice flavours and eco packaging. However, 4 out of 6 had traces of milk in their ingredients... not sure how much that is but also not sure if they should be marked as vegan

Milk allergy warning on a "Vegan" product. Do not buy if you are Vegan.
This is the second time I bought these chocolates when I had noticed a milk allergy warning, which I admittedly wasn't looking for seeing as it is mentioned nowhere in the online product description, I took the writing on the front of the packaging saying "Vegan" as meaning the product is actually vegan. It should clearly explain before I buy the product instead of me finding out afterwards that it's potentially contaminated. After I contacted customer support, no apologies offered, this is what they said:"Thanks for contacting us. None of our products does contain milk. Only traces are possible, because the chocolates are produced in a factory, where also milk chocolates are manufactured. YA few backgrounds about the "traces“ issue:As mentioned above, we produce in a chocolate factory, where also milk chocolates get produced. Before we started with the production of vegan chocolates, our factory invested in high-tech cleaning systems, which try to increase an utmost clarity of traces. Furthermore, the machines are flushed with a vegan mass between the production of milk chocolates and vegan chocolates to clean the pipelines a second time. That gives a double safety. Anyway, despite of all prevention procedures, we can not ensure a 100 % that smallest components of milk powder get into the chocolate mass. That's why we give the allergy advise on the packaging (which in Germany is a voluntary declaration).Nevertheless, products that MAY contain milk traces, CAN be declared as vegan, because traces are no deliberately used ingredients."

Disappointed
The taste of these are nice enough, but for around £3 per bar, they are not worth it; perhaps if they were thick bars, but they are are not even as thick as my little finger tip and I have small hands! Lovely packaging and good range of flavours, but I would suggest bringing down the price or increasing thickness for it to be worth buying. Bit disappointed really!

Beware : May contain tree nuts, milk, gluten !
I bought a package of 6 mixed bars, Unfortunately It stated on every packet it may contain tree nuts, milk & gluten Unfortunately I can't have these due to allergies & intolerances.I ate one before i realised & didn't feel well afterwards due to my sensitivities, such a shame, trying find diary free chocolate without soya & gluten is very challenging.

Tasteless expensive 'treats'
Quite frankly, they were bloody horrible and tasteless. I'm dairy free, thought I'd push the boat out for something a little interesting... Its really expensive for what it is. Wasn't worth it and didn't taste of anything.

Tasty and great value for money
This product is amazing. I really like all the varieties of flavours, they are all tasty and can’t really choose between them! The packaging is brilliant as it’s completely recyclable. This is really good value for money as well.

Horrible.
Got this as a present for my mainly vegan husband. He loves chocolate...the fact that he barely touched the chocolate bars and they are just sitting there says it all. He says the taste and texture are horrible.
