Gioberti Men's Reversible Rain Jacket with Polar Fleece Lining

My husband ordinarily buys a large which I initially ordered for him. The jacket was too tight across his shoulders and was returned and an extra large was ordered. It arrived promptly and fit very well. He is very pleased with the warmth and rain repellent qualities. The only negative is that it is vacuum packed in a plastic bag and was very wrinkled when removed. I have put it in the dryer with wet clothes for several cycles and the wrinkles are slowly going away. All in all it is a nice jacket that seems to be good value for the price.

This jacket fits smaller compared to other brands, but it is a very well made product. The zipper is medium sized and functions well. The fleece lining is thick enough to be a sweater on it's own, and for around $40, this is one of the best insulated windbreakers I've owned. If you wish to wear layers, you may need to order a size or two larger. I can't vouch for rain resistence, but it is going to keep you warm enough on those rainy days as you stand beneath your umbrella.

The coat is OK, but it has drawbacks....it fits well in terms of size, but the sleeves are tight making it hard to layer with this coat. The nylon shell is thin, and not very durable, but the fleece lining is very soft and warm. The bonus is that the coat is reversible...a nice feature...and it has a removable hood...I like that.

I love this jacket. I just returned from a trip to Washington and Oregon and this jacket was just what I needed! The fleece on the inside kept me very warm while the outer shell repelled the rain. I wore this everyday I was there. I definitely recommend purchasing this item. The only downside I would add, is that the outer shell pockets do not have the fleece inside them, so it was hard to warm my hands up once they got cold. Other than that, excellent jacket!

I am sending this back as this is not anything like I imagined for a durable raincoat. The outer shell material is super thin brittle plastic that crinkles like paper and I'm sure after one wearing it would be ripped. I bought it for a gift and am sending it back unused.

The jacket is nice but there was a defect in one sleeve lining and you literally couldn't get your hand through the sleeve without putting the other hand up the sleeve and twisting the inner lining. That said, the jacket was nice enough that I wanted to send it back and order another hopefully not defective one. The return was simple and easy but the new one has yet to be sent out. My fear is that they will literally end up shipping me the one I sent back. So, I will have to return to this review if so. The jacket will be great if I end up getting one that's not funky! In that case I will up it to 5 stars.

My hubby is 6'2 and purchased the XL. It fits perfect, considering wearing a long sleeve or sweater underneath. It's a rain/wind jacket with hood and fleece inside... OR you can wear it inside out with the fleece on the outside. My hubs prefers fleece on inside. Great fit, great price!
