Best value for tablet holder
This is the most versitile tablet holder out there for the price. lt works well when sitting up on a coach or lying down flat on a bed. It is portable and light to take it up and down the stairs. The adjustable holding bracket accommodates any size tablets. The build quality is acceptable. The legs are not rock solid but more than sturdy enough to hold a tablet. It takes some figuring out to secure the tablet for an upside down position. However, once it is secured properly it wouldn't come off. I have mine set at 105° - 135° - 90 ' With this setting l can use the front side of the tray for lying down flat on my back and the back side for sitting up. This way l don't need to readjust the setting all the time.

Not suitable for using in bed with device positioned in any position where it may face down, even a little bit.
I bought this to use it in bed mostly so this review is for it's use in such environment. It's an ok product. The positioning system is solid and well constructed but in my opinion the last piece, the one touching the floor in the sample picture, should be a little bit longer because when you put it in certain positions, like the one in this same picture, it'll become unstable and you may end up with a hit in your face. The picture is with a girl laying on the floor but in bed some of the positions are unstable. The tablet fastening system is a little bit crappy. If you are not careful when handling it with the tablet in position it may drop it and you may end with a hit in your face as well. The little things that are there for fastening your device just can't be positioned in order to get a solid grip.Be advised that there is no way for you to connect a charger if the tablet is in position unless you put it upside and have a very long charging cable. I had to cut a hole in the bottom part in order to connect the charger from the bottom. Conclusion: If you want to use it in any position where you will have your device facing up then I totally recommend it because is very solid and stable in every position. but if you need it for bed then you better look for other options.

This is ok. Bit cumbersome to setup but worked for 5 years.
Update 2018 - This just broke because I dropped it badly on hard floor. One of the legs just broke making it unsable. But this is after nearly 5 years of use almost everyday and travels to many countries! I added one more star.it is best used for one person for one device for one position like lying down or sitting up. Why because setting it up for your desired position takes a bit of struggle. And you don't want to be doing that over and over again. The other problem with the device is the small clips for holding your tablet. They are unreliable, loose and very difficult to pull and push or even adjust the gap. I found a better solution by putting two think rubber bands around the tray and inserting and taking out my iPad is much simpler now.

Good concept; poor workmanship
This does not work. After fiddling around trying to get the 'axis buttons' to set two legs, a knife was used to pop the button back out. Then there was the issue of the 'claspers' not staying in place or locking the iPad securely. They kept moving and my iPad got dropped three times. The last time was when I was lying down like the picture shows, and the iPad fell onto my chest. If I had had it closer, it would have hit me int he face.I really like the concept, but the workmanship is poor.

Lightweight and unstable.
Based on other reviews, I had high hopes for this. I wanted to use it exactly like the photo (lying in bed with an iPad above me), but it is way too flimsy for that. Not only is the iPad barely held in by the mount (it drops out with a tap on the side of the mount), but also the slightest touch on the screen or movement in the bed flips the stand over. I've tried several different configurations, but none of them provide any security. It might work in some other configuration, but it is lightweight and wiggly.

Works great for me.
It took a few minutes to get it adjusted to the angles I needed but after that it worked fine. I love the way I can fold it down flat and put it somewhere out of the way when not in use. I just need to either remember or write down the angles that work best for me, then I can immediately set it up when needed again. It really does not take rocket science to set up and adjust to the correct angles. The tray is strong enough to hold my tablet even when it is connected to the keyboard dock. I use the locking tabs on the docking keyboard, then adjust the tablet for best viewing for me. The only thing I did have to do was place one leg (a small bean/rice warming bag will work too) over one of the bottom portions of the leg stand that rests on the bed/floor/etc. to keep it from falling over, because it is top heavy with the tablet connected to the docking keyboard. I did not try it without the docking keyboard, so I don't know if it would/would not be top heavy with just the tablet.
