The cape has a good length, but the fabric is very thin. The hat is lined and so a bit thicker than the cape, but is a bit short and didn't stay on my head properly. The pipe is solid, so one can't blow air through it. Good for fancy dress, but wouldn't expect the outfit to last long if worn as normal clothing.
