6-inch Stainless Steel Straight Blade Icing Spatula

Realizing this is really an icing spatula, I use it differently. Since I live alone, I frequently fry one egg in a tiny skillet. Regular spatulas are far too wide and plastic one melt on the forward edge. I've hunted for a very narrow metal spatula for some time until I found this one. It is exactly what I wanted and needed. It works great for my needs!

We somehow had "lost" our trusty square-ended long spatula which was perfect for getting cornbread pieces out of the pan (remind me of the "Pie are round, Cornbread are square" joke in response to the equation "Pi r-squared" for area of a circle). I searched a long time before I found this one because most icing spatulas are rounded on the end. It worked our perfectly.
