Fantastic controller!
I'm a Linux gamer, which means I generally play indie titles via Steam. Their Proton/Wine setup is mature enough to play pretty much every game I want to play with no extra workarounds or glitches. I bought Car Mechanic Simulator and found that my cursor would shoot up to the upper left corner making the game unplayable.Dude, I did EVERYTHING to try to fix it. I'm not stranger to Linux having used it for almost 25 years and I could not, for the life of me, get this game to work. Every Wine tweak or reconfig did nothing. I even updated my OS, twice! Nada. In my travels of Googling around trying to fix this, I kept coming across people mentioning that using a controller was an effective workaround. So I hopped on Amazon looking for a bargain controller, and I met this little guy.Long story short, it works flawlessly for me. It even auto-offs because it knows how I am about leaving stuff on and forgetting about it. Granted, I haven't used it for very precision work (like in a flight simulator or something) so I can't say how well the analog experience is, but the analog sticks seem smooth as butter moving through the UI of CMS. I gambled on these and bought two, and I am glad I did. I have one on my PC and have the other on a Raspberry Pi that I have as a streambox. Both work brilliantly.Recommended!

Not bad for the price
You get what you pay for, and what you're paying for is a $17 controller. It's not the worst controller I've ever used, but certainly not the best, either. It's fine for a little casual gaming. I use it to play games on Steam, and haven't had any major issues (aside from a part during the Hitman: Absolution tutorial section that required a half-pull on one of the trigger buttons, which I found to be completely impossible... There's no second click. I ended up using the mouse/keyboard for that bit instead). Buttons and joysticks are decently responsive and don't stick. Battery life seems reasonable for a non-rechargeable controller, and I haven't had any issues with it losing connectivity... though I did have to pull the battery and turn it off and on again after it went to sleep once... but that seems to have been an isolated incident. Overall, it's a functional controller for a gamer on a budget.

One slight issue but fixable
Only complaint is that it can loose partial connection and have an impact on game play but there is no indication of it happening. Easiest solution is to remove the dongle and reinsert it.

Do NOT get this controller
When I unboxed it, I loved the look of it, it felt good in my hands compared to other controllers I've had, and it just seemed so simple to use.But absolutely none of that matters if it's unusable!! I decided right off the bat to try it out, and the very first problem is the batteries. Doesn't come with batteries, and it doesn't have a built-in one, so I had to go looking through a pile of my used batteries that I haven't touched in years, hoping and praying that there would be a nice pair that I could use. I found some, and then the next problem appeared: the instruction manual is harder to follow than it looks. They went for a simple format and went too simple. Some things were bolded that really didn't need to be, and some of the titles were actually completely lower-case, while others were written normally?? But I admit, that's a petty problem, nothing to do with the controller itself. You just need to figure out how it works all by yourself smh. I connected the controller to my PC and booted up a game I thought suitable to experiment with. And then the next problem (and the most damning) appeared: Joystick drift. I can't even tell which one is the one drifting!! I bought a brand-spanking-new controller and I have drifting joysticks without even being able to play a single game. Makes playing the game virtually impossible!!Do not get this. Don't risk it with a cheaper price. And get one from a reliable company too

Joysticks have large dead zone.
For the price it's a decent gamepad. Connected right up and worked on my windows 10 pc. Joysticks have a fairly large dead zone, you have to move them quite a bit before they register and do something in the game so if you need or want sensitive sticks to play a game that requires sensitive aiming or steering this controller probably isn't your best choice. I got it to use playing RBI Baseball 20 and aiming to pitch is a task due to the dead zone in the sticks. I haven't noticed any lag in the wireless communication but it has disconnected and reconnected a few times on it's own. For the price it's a controller but there are definitely better ones. I'm managing with it to play the game I got it for. Might be more fun with a better controller that has less (or adjustable) deadzone. I will try out some gamepad software to see if it can be adjusted and report back.

Light and easy to set up
Super light controller that just needs simple batteries to work. I mostly use it to play games on steam and it's just what I needed!

You Get What You Pay For
Cheaply made controller. Does NOT work well in a Tesla. In missle command or asteroids the cursor continues to move even when the joystick is centered.Look elsewhere for a Tesla game controller (i.e. Xbox series S controller with Mayflash adapter...more money but a better experience).

A piece of crap.
I got this thing yesterday. Opened it up and plugged it in. It lit up with all the lights but not a single button did anything. None of them worked. I think the seller tested to see if it lit up only and then shipped it out. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
