I have enjoyed this book. I have been looking for the goshin-ho in a book format but this is not the same goshin-ho techniques that I have learned in our Tomiki Aikido School. I would recommend this book.

This is a a nice intro into Aikido in general and Tomiki Aikido in particular. There is some history, culture, principles, basics. Certainly, no book can teach a martial art. But you you already have trained through all the core Aikido techniques up to the black belt in some other style of Aikido, or in a style that has joint locks and takedowns then this book can serve as a reference or give you a different angle of the techniques.
