The Way of Kabbalah Kindle Edition

It's taken me years to get this far in Kabbalah without a worthy teacher. Kabbalah is traditionally taught from Rabbi to student, one on one, so since I live in a small town and our Rabbi isn't the most congenial man. I have had to study hard on my own, and without Mr. Halevi's books, I would be wondering in the dark!!!!

Warren Kenton's book, the Way of the Kabbalah is the logical place to start with this author and Work of the Kabbalist is the second and probably better companion book of the two. I loved this book when I first read it and now hardly remember much of what was in it. However, I now realize that the preface and the first chapter on Tradition are simply compelling and inspiring. This is especially so because my congregation is lucky enough to have a Maggid who clearly embodies this generation's keeper of the Tradition. It is simply an awe inspiring experience to feel the compelling truth in the author's historical understanding and seeing it in front of your eyes on Shabbat. So if you buy this book, read that first chapter knowing that it is true and you will be enthused about your journey.

The book arrived sooner than I'd anticipated, in better condition than described.Z'Ev Ben Shimon Halevi's works are well worth studying.

After many years of searching for a spiritual system that was complete, guiding you every step of the way, i came across this tome. Kabbalah, in its purest form, is a method to allow one to receive the divine, bringing it down to earth. This path is perfectly illustrated by Halevi, a pure teacher who refuses all guru tags thrown at him, living fully in the world. His teachings are full of humour and insight. For those interested in the higher worlds or those who seek total enlightenment, Halevi's kabbalah seems an excellent guide, and Halevi is a wonderful liege.
