Lovely item.
Unfortunately arrived with the bee's wing broken off.I had looked at many reviews before I purchased and it seems this has happened to a lot of people.I was hoping that, considering this seems to be a recurring problem, the packaged would be more carefully wrapped.It was in two boxes, but more care needs to be taken protecting the bee on top of the butter dishe - maybe some foam wrapped around it. Shame, because it is just what I was looking for. I will re-order in the hope it won't be damaged this time.

it has a small chip on front left corner of the lid can't do a video or photo
very disapointed because i have other matching items I would a replacement or a refund. This is the first time i've had reason to complain about any order after shooping on Amazon for several happy years . thankyou.

Happy with purchase
The first 2 that I ordered arrived cracked and smashed but glad I persevered as this dish is so pretty and fits a pound of butter😍

Beautiful butter dish, but arrived broken. Gutted as was a birthday gift and i sent it straight to them. Can I please either have a refund or another one sent out urgently please (better wrapped of course. Thank you.

Gorgeous but broken
It came and the bee had come off the top. It was really cute, beautifully made. It was a bit bigger than i thought it would be but that's on me.
