it came without batteries (although the information says that it includes it) I expected to use it quickly, nor does it explain exactly what it needs, I think it should be CR 2032, that is the reason why I have not used it yet

The app has problems linking to the device, and then, even once you've found your keys and turned off the app, the device will randomly start beeping, usually at the worst possible time, like at the gym, or when you're in a movie theater. If you want to find your keys, then it won't link. I contacted customer service and they told me to send a picture of the problem. What am I supposed to send a picture of, the device sitting on my counter? So I gave up and threw it away.

I really needed an option for finding my car keys repeatedly. I thought this product looked perfect for what I needed but on day three of use the phone could no longer locate the tracker.I tried to delete and reinstall but alas it did not work...save your money and dont buy

I could not figure out how to attach it to my keychain nor how to use it. Print on directions was sooooo tiny as well.

Would give 0 if I could. Absolute garbage stopped working within 5 minutes

The instruction pamphlet print is so small you have to get a magnifying glass to read it. I thoroughly read the instructions, and neither one of them power up. Tried numerous times to get these things to come on to sync with a Bluetooth and neither one of them work.
