This product is not suitable for larger cats, it is much better for kittens or female cats.

This is super cute BUT it is not for big cats- over 9lbs. The hammock does not have much “hanging” fabric so it doesn’t have much snuggle room which is disappointing. The top platform is tiny. It is sturdy tho and nice looking.

My cats love this. We've had it for about 6 months and there is no wear, although I'm not sure where the feather thing ended up. I hate cat trees etc. because of their yucky beige or grey carpet cloth, but I like this one because it is an off-white color, the material is like fleece, and the legs are dark brown and look like wood. The only thing that could be better is if the legs were scratching posts.

My cats do not like things that are meant for cats. They only like things not meant for cats, even as toys. So it is tough to buy them something they like. This cat tree is no different.Pros:- Very easy to put together- Sturdy, doesn't seem like it will tip over- One of my cats loves to lay in it (he's a hammock fan)Cons:- It is definitely a bit smaller. My smallest cat, Sticker (pictures), finds it very comfortable, but he's also somewhere between 8 and 10 lbs and loves to curl up. My other two cats are not big hammock fans.- My cats do not use it as a scratching post (yet). I am not sure if it's because they do not like the material of the posts or if it is due to the location of the tree- The top part is very small. I don't know if my cats will use it everI bought this to mainly be a scratching post for my babies since they get bored when I am out of the house. I needed something small since I live in a fairly small apartment. It was in an area the cats do not frequent so they have not used it as a scratching post yet, but I moved it today (after having it for 2 weeks) so hopefully they will take a liking to it. I don't feel like it's necessary to return it yet. The cost was so low I don't think I will return it. I just hope they use it eventually. It takes them a long time to warm up to things that don't smell like them.

The media could not be loaded.  Almost a year later, and my cat still loves his tree! He loves jumping on the top area, and he loves sleeping in the hammock. He uses it pretty much every day. It was easy to assemble, and was up in a few minutes. The little feather toy is now gone, he loved it so much he ripped it off in the first few weeks. But the rest of the cat tree is still sturdy and looking pretty good. Actually it’s a little bit torn up right now, but my cat will tear things apart, so it’s done quite well considering that. I did put a 15 pound dumbbell weight on the bottom, because he likes to aggressively jump to the top part of the tree. If your cat isn’t as aggressive, you may not need the counter weight. But my cat has a lot of energy, so he needs that balance because he plays pretty rough.Overall, great tree! I highly recommend it!

I have 3 small female cats. This stand is definitely for a smaller cat. Wouldn't bother if you have larger cats. My cats knew it was for them before I even put it together, lol. For the price this thing has been great. Again, I have THREE cats so they have definitely worn it quite a bit already. It's funny because sometimes two will cuddle in the hammock while one is sleeping up top. Cats are happy, I'm happy. Each pic above is a different cat laying on it (we have two black & white sisters that look almost identical).

The assembly was fine but the material used for the posts are not appealing to my cat and he doesn’t use them to scratch - I saw him try a couple times and he can’t get “a grip” on the material it is too hard of a twine. The other parts are fine tho

The media could not be loaded.  3 months I’ve had this and the hammock couldn’t hold his weight? Started ripping within the first month.. my cat is less than a year old.
