Pencil holder is on wrong side for charging the Apple Pencil. Pencil slot is quite tight and difficult to remove pencil from inside once fully situated, but by far the most disappointing feature is that the N button is completely broken off after just a few weeks of normal use. It was loose after one week, popped off once before, but I thought I was able to reattach it fully. That however was not the case. I will be returning this item.

I bought this case for my wife for work and she was unhappy with the way the case closed with the keyboard. It would keep the iPad on or would scratch the screen. The keyboard would come off too much and it didn't feel comfortable while typing. So sent the case back.

yes, this case is pretty good, BUT the reason i gave it 3 stars is mostly because it literally took almost 5 months to come.

Beautiful case. Keyboard is magnetized and adjustable for comfort. Can be removed if not using it currently. All over excellent purchase. Can hold Apple Pencil or charge newer Apple Pencil without removing case

Being spoiled by the excellent 3rd part keyboard case for my original iPad Air, this one for the Air 4 was a real disappointment. In terms of quality, there were 3 main issues. First, one corner of the case started to delaminate almost immediately. Second, the keyboard keys did not reliably work - one had to firmly press on the keys to be sure they registered. This makes it hard to touch-type. Third, the Bluetooth did not reliably reconnect after signing into the iPad - it often required the keyboard power to be recycled. In terms of usability (these are just personal preferences, of course), I found the detachable keyboard to be a nuisance - it meant fiddling with the keyboard into position every time I needed to use it. I found it detracted from the overall experience. Also, since the keyboard magnetically attaches across the closing flap of the case, it makes it less convenient to use on one’s lap.

Bought it for newly released 2020 iPad Air. Several issues:1. The unlock key is covered so it doesn’t allow fingerprint unlock.2. The keyboard is detachable. What they don’t say is that you MUST detach it every time you use it; that is, to prop up the tablet to use it you have to detach the keyboard and move it back towards you. Kind of awkward.On the positive side though, it’s light and it works.

Bought this item for my son since he got a new ipad pro! I was impressed with how fast they delivered the item and was packed in a very sealed and nice box. It works incredibly great and the material is of high quality and the keypad is movable which amazed me! Surely it is a very good buy item and would recommend for those who got a new ipad pro. It's really a good value for money!

I love the look of the case and that it’s all easy to use but I bought the case and keyboard in Feb 2021 and it’s now sept 2021 and the bottom rows of the keyboard stopped working out of no where. So I can’t get it to light up or use any of the last 2 rows of keys.

Great product for the price. Provides great protection got my ipsf and the wireless keyboard is great.Keyboard is a little flimsy but for the price a good product
