Levington 40L Multi Purpose Compost with added John Innes

the product itself is very good, it made good for repotting my indoor plants and also good for enriching the soil in my flower bed.

Quick delivery and good product. Expensive, but times are tough currently!

Good product. Very expensive and would not recommend buying it this way. But in these times no choice. Ordered this for my mother in law thinking it was a bigger bag. Not knowing much about gardening thought I was doing the right thing. Cost more than what we would have liked to pay but went by name.

we wanted to plant up some bulbs in pots for spring but as usual we missed the gardening displays in shops and supermarkets that were replaced by Christmas decorations and it was only early September! Luckily the bags of compost was available on Amazon, it was a large bag,good make and reasonable priced. really pleased with the compost.

Used for pots. It arrives as a wet compost, so is extremely heavy. It contains several weeks of feed. Other than plants specifically requiring a particular John Innes, I have found this to be best.

Liked everything with one exception, why the need for 2 plastic bags to cover the compost bag? It was strong plastic, I don’t know if the 2 bags are biodegradable but if not it’s just adding to the planet’s plastic pollution. Just a thought, thank you.

What can I say excellent multi-purpose compost with John innes which I wanted, got lots of over wintering plants to plant with this compost from a very good company.Very fast delivery from a delighted customer.

Not very good for growing chilli plants.Has strands of plastic in it.Has tiny stones in it as if that is as good as perlite or vermiculite ( it is not )Kind of clumpy.If you want to grow chilli plants do not use this.
