Have been using these for years and buy them here. 3mg is just enough for me to help fall asleep and I have not had to increase the dose. I do not wake up groggy. Very small capsule too which is a plus.

I take it when I wake up in the middle of the night, and it does not leave me "hung over" or drowsy in the morning.Melatonin is not just for sleep, either - it's an antioxidant produced inside each cell. It shows anti-viral properties and has been used to fight various virii. I sometimes take it during the day as an antioxidant, and it just kind of relaxes me.

I like these a lot because they're much better than the hard little pills other brands use. They really do help me sleep.

I take 2 , one doesn’t do much for me. I will say it’s better if you take by 10 pm, I get 5-6 good hours of sleep, I get up and can go back to sleep for a few more hrs.

I have been using swansons products for many years. I trust the quality and appreciate their prices. The melatonin helps me sleep but it also has many other benefits. I love that it is in capsule form without alot of unnecessary junk added to it. Swanson is a great company.
