Whatever the issue with non-certified android devices is, Disney+ is NOT supported on this tablet, despite what the seller says in the description. The Google Play Store does not even show the app because it's not supported. If you log into your Disney+ account, it will prompt you to download the android app through play store, at which point you will get a message saying "device not compatible with this version."There are questionable workarounds for this issue, one of which the seller refers the customer to, where several foreign, third party apps need to be installed, suspect at best. Even with the workaround, the version of disney plus installed by the third parties is outdated and will not work. Your best bet is to log into your disney plus account, through chrome browser and in webpage settings, select "desktop site" so you can access the site as you would on a desktop computer. Claiming this OS supports Disney plus, in addition to the crap touch response, earns this product a 1 star.

I purchased two of these units to keep my kids from killing each other on 3,000 mile road trip. Our vehicle is equipped with WiFi that we wanted to use to connect to Disney+. Netflix, DirecTV, Prime Video, etc. We couldn't get it to connect to the vehicle's WiFi system, only to find out that the units operate on a 2.4ghz channel only, and most newer vehicles run on a 5ghz spectrum. After hours of research I found a device that seems to work perfect, TP-Link AC750 Wireless Portable Nano Travel Router - WiFi Bridge/Range Extender/Access Point/Client Modes, Mobile in Pocket(TL-WR902AC). This connects via USB in your vehicle and you can set it in bridge mode, where it will take the 5ghz signal and broadcast on the 2.4ghz channel as well. Problem solved. Note to the manufacturer, install dual band WiFi capability, please. If it had that and clearer instructions/product details, it would be 5 stars.

This product would have been amazing if the language was in English and the app needed to stream is not available in the US.

The touch screen on this did not work very well.. the picture quality was pretty good though

Here's the deal, it's a cheap-ish monitor that was made by an overseas company and runs a non-standard version of android which means its bulky and runs like a vehicle you didnt take car of with over 300k miles. Do not buy. Hdmi in does not work.-Many grammatical errors throughout software-HDMI IN feature does not appear to work-Odd light on bottom has little brightnessBottom line:You can do better for your money.I'll update this with a better option when I find the best one.

Its not friendly user, like using USB or store videos, i recommend
