Stopped working after a few months.
I’ve bought 2 of these over the past few years and both have stopped working within the 24 month warranty period, as it states in the description. I’ve tried to contact the seller through Amazon for “carefree refund/return” and can’t get anyone to message or call back. Don’t waste your money, spend the extra and buy OEM or Delco.

Fits perfect and works great
Motor came in the neutral position as it should and mated perfectly. Got me shifting again

Didn’t last!!!
Installed it in April 2021 and now we are in June and it’s already bad and I’ve only used my 4 wheel drive twice since installing it! Worse part is I can’t find anyone to speak to about returning or exchanging it!

Ugh. I guess It’s a car thing…
Ordered this for my brother because he doesn’t have Amazon. (Seriously?! Who doesn’t have Amazon these days??🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️) and it messed up my review streak! So here we are.I will say….he likes it and it’s still in his truck, and his truck still runs - so that’s a positive, right?

Does what it says, doesn't cost much
Direct fit and 100% compatible with my 2006 Z71 Chevy Suburban. The stock motor had brush heads that separated from the contactor and caused the encoder motor to go into "unknown" mode. I bought this, slapped it on in less than an hour, and 3 months later here in the north-east USA, I'm still able to use 4wd with no problem. Do yourself a favor and don't reuse the gasket on the motor when you replace it, just order a new one.

Disappointing Performance
it failed within a few months. Installation was straightforward, but the motor struggled to engage the 4WD, leading to inconsistent performance.
