Shoulder IceSleeve, Blue

This was great for my post-op shoulder surgery. With the surgical bandage on, it's very difficult to Velcro your arm because the strap is small and you can't lift your arm. Easy to fill. Recommend that you keep the large strap connected and then just lift over your head. I wish it came with more than 2 bags for the [real] ice because they didn't last long and ended up leaking. Definitely do not fill beyond the fill line. Works best with small or crushed ice. I had this and a gel pack for frequent icing.

I'm continuously hurting my shoulder at the gym and didn't feel like dealing with ice bags and heat pads. This product works well as it allows me to still do stuff around the house while wearing it. I'm 6'1, 220lbs, and this fits perfect. You can also be either smaller or bigger as it comes with different sized straps. I'm giving it 4 stars because the Velcro straps were falling apart within 10 uses. It will be an easy fix with either a needle and thread or crazy glue. I would still recommend it to anyone dealing with shoulder problems.

I hated this and was so shocked that it had a 4 star rating, I went back and reread a bunch of the reviews trying to figure out how I could feel so different from the majority of the people. And, I think it comes down to I misinterpreted 4 stars to mean quality product. But, the old saying 'you get what you pay for' most definitely applies here..... Don't NOT expect to easily - if at all - use this by yourself.... Although perhaps that depends on the severity of your injury. Ironically a lot of people found it either too big or too small, so be prepared for an odd fit. And, be prepared to purchase another gel pack if you actually do buy this. I think perhaps after my shoulder heals and I have use of both my arms, I can spend some time working to permanently attach the black straps to make it not only more user friendly but adjustable in tightness .... And then buy a different gel pack that doesn't freeze rock hard.

This product is not worth the money I spent for it. I was excited to find an ice pack specifically for rotator cuff surgery patients, and was extremely disappointed when I attempted to use this post surgery. The sleeve is stiff and doesn't conform to my shoulder in order to provide relief where I need it, and I am unabe to put it on by myself. The ice pack gets and stays very cold, but this is a wasted purchase. I do not recommend it. Save your money, and check with your physical therapy office to see if they sell the ones they use for patients, you will be better off.

The shoulder pack itself works just fine. Different length straps for body size. And it holds the pack very well. The instructions for the hot pack are limited. I called the company and they said you can use a micro wave to heat BUT the pack must be in water or parts of the pack will over heat and get damaged.

With a little help from a different ice pack this works pretty well. The sleeve itself is great! It works perfect for icing to top of my shoulder. Unfortunately, the ice pack freezes pretty solid, and doesn't form much of a fit around the top of my shoulder. Fortunately, I have an ice pack from another heat/cold therapy product that doesn't freeze solid. It's a few inches too long, so I have to fold under 3"s or so to fit in the pouch, that takes a little of the ply ability away from the ice pack. but it forms to my trouble area much better. If the ice pack didn't freeze solid, I'd give it 5 stars!

I'm about 205lbs and this fits my shoulder perfectly. I have to ice both my shoulders after bjj practice and this has been a godsend. I strap it on and can cook dinner, walk the dog, play video games, etc without having to mess with it. It stays exactly where you strap it on. 10 seconds to put it on, and 2 seconds to take off. Highly recommended.

My son is a baseball pitcher and ive,been wanting to get him a shoulder ice pack/wrapI have been looking at many others and lots were very pricey up to a 100$This has,been working great for him and was a,great price to top it off
