I LOVE this fan! I am at the stage where I'm having hot flashes and this really helps. I use it at work. Very, very quiet and it shuts off in 10 minutes, just about the time I'm freezing -- again. You can set it to stay on continuously but anybody with hot flashes know they only last for about 10 minutes. I'm glad I found this. I was searching for the "menopausal" fan and ran across the GYN's website that created this. She knew exactly what she was doing when she created this. So as usual, I checked Amazon and they had it way cheaper than the official web site. I bought it right then and there. No regrets. It has a nice big button in the front you don't have to worry about dealing with knobs. Just tap it and it's on. Would definitely recommend this fan. It's worth every penny!

Took a chance....It's awesome!
Iv'e had this fan since Oct 2014 It has been my best friend at night when my flashes are brutal. It's on my night stand and when I feel the evilness attack, I reach over and touch the button (which has three settings) and it's instant relief. I will definantly order another, due to the gross overuse of my current one and I don't want to be without :0 This works...get it!!!

It was just okay. I needed this early in my pregnancy. I was in search of an affordable, quiet fan. Unfortunately this fan was not quiet enough. It does what is says and has some nice features, but I needed something a bit less noisy.

Not worth it, breaks too quickly
I really loved this fan, but I purchased it in February, and it stopped working in September. It is not worth $45 if it will only work for 7 months.

Compact
Very powerful and compact. I have it on my desk at work and use it almost everyday. Its so quite, it doesn't bother anyone else around me.
