One of the ear pieces is cracking all the time...Distortion makes them unusable..Maybe it was just the set I got....Need my money back or a replacement pair.

Decent sound quality, battery life is about 5 hrs without charging case, touch sensitivity is really annoying, pauses tracks & mutes when readjusting.

These headphones are okay. The battery life on them is not as long as I thought it would be, and one of the earbuds runs out of battery faster than the other (which is super annoying).When the battery life gets just below half-way, the headphones insists on verbally reminding you that the battery “needs charging” every three minutes 🙄 super annoying. Like, you don’t have to verbally tell me you “need charging” if I can see the battery status in the top-right-hand-corner of my phone lol.The noise-cancellation is great, and so is the sound quality. However these headphones can be annoying if you need ones that have a longer battery life.

As far the quality of the ear piece is very good, sound is excellent, ergonomics, very good hands free calling, sound is clear and no complaints from my interlocutor about background noise, reason I gave to it three stars ' cause they fall off from my ears with ease, not good for the gym, running or jogging, I did try all the ear adapters but no luck, sad cause they sound really nice, if a new model comes with sports fins or something to hold it in place, definitely i get a new pair. Also you can't beat the price, for the quality.

Works as advertised except it is NOT made for NYC as it does not filter out background noise. I use them at work for virtual meeting from my quiet office. If I am just listening to music or watching a movie I am fine but can't talk on it if it is noisy in the backround.

These are great callers can hear me and i can hear them, and they can hear very little noise in backroom

I bought these on sale for myself but my husband liked them so much that he traded me his other pair. He uses them when he mows grass and these work better at drowning out the noise than his other brand. They are comfortable to wear also.

Bad product-poor quality +terrible customer service! Ofc in my experience, I wont buy again anything from this brand.... I bought it and in less than six month the right earbud broke (it broke at the 4th month of use)... and the company doesn't even investigate what happen to improve their quality....Terrible response from their CS.... no wonder why there's such bad ratings!
