I was worried it wasn’t going to fit me but it did! It fit me like a glove. I’m 5’2 180lb for reference. I suggest doing the 3 straps for maximum support but it is a little chunky. I wish there was a way to take them off so I can wear fitted clothes with this but I might just buy the one without straps! Again, great quality and Im satisfied

This is the best one I’ve ever seen. You can wear it all day long and still feel it working. I also workout in it. It’s very comfortable. It will push all your back fat up to the top of the waist trainer though so there’s that. Other than that, highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered a medium! At first I thought it was too small and I should have sized up but once I got in it, I was pleased! I’m 5’7 and I weight 150lbs! It is tight but I like the way it feels and I’m planning on my waist being thinner so it shouldn’t be too big! I just received it yesterday and today I’ve worn it for 4 hours so far! It keeps my posture perfect! I can workout in it just fine! It stretches with my body movements! It’s well made, very strong material! I’ve had waist trainers before but they’ve never been this well made! I have a big unflattering belly that just won’t go away. I hope this waist trainer shapes me and makes the protruding belly go away! I honestly don’t want to take it off!

I bought the triple strap. The zipper is sturdy. The waist training is overall good quality. But it’s not for long torsos at all. Yianna made a waist trainer that I bought in 2015 and it was the perfect length of 13 inches. I wish Yianna made this one 13 as well.

Perfect fit and everything stays in place

I wholly hated this thing. I bought an XL based on the measurements they posted. First thing I hated was the fact that the “boning” was that horrible flexible plastic that offers no support (I had bought this in hopes I could wear it at my desk to help me sit up to reduce lower back issues)Second thing I loathed was the hook/eye closures. This whole thing is black. Including the 4 sets of hook/eye closures you can to secure before you can even zip up this thing. It took me 10 minutes trying to get them all properly hooked and even then some didn’t catch so I skipped them thinking it would be fine. WRONG. When I tried to zip it up the zipper didn’t catch right so it caught about 3” from the bottom and I couldn’t move it up or down. The zipper had busted open from the bottom.Thought I could just zip it all the way up and then move it back down. WRONG AGAIN. I struggled for 5-7 minutes trying to get the darn thing zipped up all while trying not to panic. I finally got it to the top after thinking the zipper was gonna break. Great! I thought that was the hard part and going back down would be fine, boy was I wrong again. Took me another 3-5 minutes to get it down.I wanted the thing off me NOW but of course those freaking hook/eye closures wouldn’t come off. When I finally freed myself from this black sweaty trap and tossed it across the room and swore it was being returned immediately.The next day I thought I would give it another go. I managed to get all the hook/eyes closed (absolutely key), got the zipper up (still with some struggle) and wrapped the “arms” on the Velcro. Sat at my desk and was instantly upset that it offered NO support what so ever for my back. It was extremely uncomfortable.Took forever to get off again. Shoved back in the bag and set up the return immediately. I do not recommend this product for anyone who is a little “larger” (I wear a size 12 in jeans and medium/large in shirts so by no means a super curvy woman) as it will be more of a struggle than it’s worth.

Second time ordering. Works well just wish sizing was easier to understand. Overall quality is great.

This is the waist trainer I wear during my workouts. Very comfortable with great support. I wear it at least 3 times a week, during my weight training days.

Im usually a size M so i bought a medium one, works great now im an XS, even bought one for my sister and mom so its great highly reccommend. Love that its tight although it rides up when i sit down sometimes

It has an excellent material. I used it after birth postpartum and it was too small the first week and I almost ordered another but finally didn’t, about 2 weeks later it surprising started to fit just right and gives the great tuck and fit. Certainly don’t regret buying.

I measured sz Small according to the product measuments in chart, ordered XS hoping to get smaller with the use of it. Unfortunately, it's too large for me, fits very small and wrinkles everywhere on the sides of torso.

I have ordered other waist trainers off here and I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I saw the other reviews that said to order 2 sizes up. I am 145 lbs and 5'2. My waist is 29 1/2 inches so I was hesitant to go 2 sizes up so I ordered a Large. This waist trainer is definitely better quality than the others. I can actually feel the heat now. I like that there are velcro straps because I found the other trainers that didn't have them didn't provide enough compression to my lower abdomen/fupa area after wearing them for a week. This one is more noticeable when worn under form fitting clothing, but it's winter so I'm wearing a sweater or a jacket 90% of the time anyways. It was just delivered yesterday and I am already able to get on the second hooks so I will be ordering a Medium in the near future. The only down side I have seen so far is that it's a little bit long for my torso. I really only notice when I am sitting down on a soft surface. I did check out the trainers they have for short torsos, but they are just hook eye closers.

One of my favorite waist trainers as I've been using their products for the past 7 years. My mid section is my biggest challenge and I find their waist trainers affordable and durable because I stand for a living. I've toned down from a large to médium waist and I don't wear any waistrainers when going out. It's works well with working out consistently and proper selfcare. I have a natural waist ouline now. I've always been tall and straight, so its nice to see the curves.
