Its hard to find a good quality casserole for one. This one is sized just right and is clearly a quality product. The pastel blue is quite nice. Food, like the baked stuffed scallops I made last night, cooks just right and stays warm. It was well packed and promptly shipped. Unfortunately the bottom of the dish has very rough grains, which if I didn't smooth them, would have caused major scratches to any polished or enameled surface they were placed and moved on.

The color was beautiful just as shown.It is just the right size for one or two servings.Not too heavy.My friend was delighted I gave it to her as a gift!

I love these! I bought two to use in toaster oven. They are so pretty and usable. I bake salmon, pasta dishes, and leftovers in them. Bake and serve in same dish. One of my favorite purchases.

This ceramic baking pan is the perfect pan for baking almost everything, like fish, poultry, etc. Very easy to clean. I like the to little handles to take it our of the oven. I like the appearance - and it is of high quality. I returned another one from a different manufacturer I purchased from Amazon that had a rough bottom and the glaze was not even and caused a sharp edge. This one is the one to get. It's perfect. I use it for reheating 2 city chickens, stuffed cabbage, etc. It's great for a single serving too. I plan on using it for appetizers in the future as well.
