When my dermatologist told me my red cheeks was Rosacea, I was really surprised and upset! He recommended an otc cleanser and a prescription lotion. I hated both products; the cleanser didn't make my face feel clean and the lotion was drying and left my cheeks shiny looking. So I started researching on-line and read about Zenmed products which were the highest rated among customers. I ordered the cleanser and the face support serum/cream and have been using them for several months. I couldn't be more pleased. The cleanser doesn't feel like "water", it's nice and creamy and leaves me feeling clean and the cream/ support serum leaves my skin soft and feeling great. I have just re-ordered both products again and will continue using them.In addition, my dermatologist read the product ingredients and is enthusiastic about my using Zenmed.

If you have rosacea and rashy, sensitive skin, like I do, this is the only product I've found that does everything I need it to do. It helps calm the redness but, best of all, it smooths out the dry itchy bumps and flakes. It's the perfect amount of moisture in the summer, but for winter I mix in a few drops of argan oil in the palm of my hand. This is one of a set of products for rosacea, but, for me, this is the one I cannot live without.

Ordered ZENMED products 3 weeks ago and neither Amazon or myself have been able to get any shipping or tracking information out of the company. Product was suppose to show up by 3/21. I finally reached their website 'live chat'. A woman could not find my order; she insisted on a 6-digit# and when I told her it was ordered via Amazon, there was a long delay in responding. It appeared that she was unfamiliar with the order number I provided to her from Amazon. Look companies - if you want to sell your product through a third party such as Amazon or Ebay, be sure your staff are trained to look for multiple order numbers and enlist a good software product to help you track and process orders.I was finally told there was a back order issue in their system and she apologized for the delay. I managed to get a tracking number out of her, so I consider that a small win! Interesting enough, system back order is the same excuse others were told who experienced severe delays.Not sure how the product will work, but due to the poor customer service and lack of communication from the company, I will not order ZENMED products again - at least thru ZENMED directly or indirectly. Customer service goes a long way in my book.

This stuff does work. I have been fighting Rosacea for five years and this is the only thing that work definitively. Well actually, antibotics also work extremely well but I do not want to spend my life on meds. This works significantly better than the prescription MetroGel. This product is very expensive IMHO but does last 3 months with everyday use. The squirt-on applicator tube is very short and I resort to just sticking my finger into the bottle to get the last 20% out, annoying as heck. I am on my third 2oz bottle and I fully expect I will using this solution for a very long time. This would be 5 stars if it were not for the price and crappy applicator.I am somewhat surprised it does not work well for many. After two weeks of continuous use there was a significant impact. And if I do see an area where an aggressive rash quickly appears I just continuously keep applying the Serum all day long. Usually the affected area is completely clear in 24 hours. I put a light covering of the serum on everyday regardless if I have an outbreak. If you are very careful with usage you can get 3 months our of a single bottle.I do not use any of their other products. I do wash my face every morning with ProActiv scrub.

This product actually worked for me.My Rosacea would appear on my nose, eye brawls, and sides of my face. Drinkingalcohol, sunbathing, and high emotions wouldusually bring on a flare up. I read about this product and decided to give it a try.I was reluctant because of the price, but after reading other reviews I made up my mind.I purchased the Anti-Redness Mask and the Support Serum.I do not need to use the Anti-Redness Mask nearly as often as I do the Support Serum.When I feel a flare up coming on just a little bit on the areas where you break out does the job.It is not greasy and has a pleasant clean scent. I noticed the Tee Tree aroma the most. I have actually laid in the sun and consumed alcohol and this product stillkept the Rosacea away or at a minimum. I hope this works as well for others as it does for me.

I have suffered with rosacea for many years. Redness and peeling, all over my chin, forehead and cheeks. I have used all theprescription remedies from dermatologist's over the years and nothing took care of it except oral antibiotics! After a month or so theredness and peeling would return. ZENMED SUPPORT SERUM has been the ONLY thing that has helped!! I use it twice a day.It is great under makeup and forms a protective layer to keep my skin moisturized. I've been using the Zenmed trio for my bad rosacea on my face for over three years now. I love their products they work so well and are very natural too. I was super happy to find this support serum here as I go through it much faster than the other two products, and Zenmed is slow to ship. So when I got this in a couple days I was thrilled.

I used this product for 3 weeks at which time I developed a rash on my cheek. Also there was no evidence of lessening of the redness. In fact it was even more red on the one cheek. I was very discouraged. I had high hopes for this product.
