When you have curls/natural hair, one of the downsides is the expense! But when you find that perfect product that works with your specific curl pattern and texture, the investment is worth it. I have multi-textured hair, ranging form 3A - 4A. The 4A hair sits on top of my head and is prone to dryness and doesn't hold product. My stylist recommended I switch to curl jellies instead of creams, so that my curls would get a better hold. This product perfectly defines my curls and holds them. I was recommended this by my hairdresser for my curly hair- so far I really like it. Smells good, great packaging, not greasy or heavy feeling, and solid hold on curls.

I have wavy/curly hair that I straighten regularly because my wave/curls are not pretty. At all. I’m caucasion with color-treated dark, Irish, thick, coarse hair, and hoped this product might allow me to wear my hair curly. To be honest, it didn’t help my unruly mess but I will continue to use it now and then if I create beach waves (which I do often). This product is very gel-like, and there is quite a bit of product in the jar. The aroma is THE BEST, and the gel feels very liquidy when applied and dries to provide a light hold and shine. If you have very curly hair, you might just love this product. I’ll be using it occasionally for alight hold with beach waves! ~Amy
