Horrible!
I was very excited about finding this product, everything about it was what I needed and it sounded like a great solution to the challenging issue of controlling my diabetes. Unfortunately, it not only has a terrible odor - that same odor is in the flavor. I tried to hold my nose to drink it but the flavor is the same as the horrible odor I was trying to avoid - it literally made me sick, I could not stomach it.The worst part for me was (amazingly) not the smell/taste - it was that Reklaim leaves no way to reach them via their website. The only thing I found was an email address regarding their "challenge" to try their product - so I wrote to them there, and heard nothing back.FORTUNATELY, when I asked Amazon about this, they refunded my money - I was SO impressed! It's my first time using Amazon but the fact they'd step up and do the right thing definitely assures that I'll be a returning customer!
