Right rice containers are bit tricky to find as the rice is measured in Kilograms and the containers are in litters. Have seen many models and read countless reviews items and finally shortlisted this item as the reviews were promising. Was nervous, if the container turns out impractical have to deal with the wrath of the other half.Luckily this container is designed well and holds a full 10Kg pack of rice. It fits very will in the shelf or the well as worktop. Being slim we can keep multiple dispensers in the rack. Was not holding my breath for the dispenser, to my surprise it works very well. The spring mechanism works very well. The three-in-one bowl addition is very handy to measure, wash and drain the water. Earlier we used a measuring cup then another bowl for washing. Dispenser means the old rice is dispensed before new rice on top that’s lifesaver. We don’t have to open the lid every day to take the rice, this prevents dusting.Overall, I’m impressed with the design and build quality. This is the first one, I’m about to order few more for different varieties of rice.One minor item is the lid. It is of nice design and quality there is no denying. The way it is packed makes it bit twisty when delivered. Thanks to other reviews, I rinsed it under hot water tap then fitted with a weight on top. This made it straight.It is mesmerizing to watch the rice flowing through the dispenser. Little one saw me playing with it for a while. I love the color because it’s my fave. It’s very nice and just enough to store my rice. The only thing I didn’t like is the lid which is literally just a cover, it doesn’t tightly seal so the freshness of the rice might not be really maintained and if it accidentally falls over, the rice grains can easily be scattered. But overall, I like how it looks like and it does serve it’s purpose.

I bought this item when it caught my attention whilst browsing. I had never come across anything like it before and jumped at the chance to be able to store my 10kg bag of rice away neatly. Ordered the item with much curiosity and an open mind and awaited delivery. It arrived promptly as promised, the following day and I eagerly unboxed it. Prepared and positioned it on my counter and filled it with the rice. This container is absolutely perfect!!! The perfect piece of kit that I never knew that I needed until now. I am absolutely delighted with it and love how the window allows you a great visual reminder of the remaining product as it is clearly marked on the window. Also, the clever little cup supplied can be dual purposed to catch the dispensed rice with no spillage and to wash it too…no looking around for the right sized receptacle to fit the aperture. I think that they truly thought of everything. There is one slight rough area on the rim of the cup but it really doesn’t bother me, as the item on the whole, is just so perfect and the lid fits perfectly, with no sign of the warping that I saw in another review. I would definitely recommend this & I would give another star if I could. I have no regrets and will not miss the bucket that I used to use for storage before. My hardest task was lifting the heavy10kg bag to fill the dispenser.

Can't fault the design, this is definately a clean, compact way to store 10kg of rice. However, the reality it's not so great.The window, that allows you to see how much rice is in storage, is not sealed to the outer case. This meant rice was poking through the edge at the top of the window and allowed a small gap for insects to get through.The lid would slowly pop of on it's own.The dispenser would close catching grains of rice which would keep the button from completley depressing. This caused the catch to remain open. Not enough for grains to continue falling but enough to allow insects in.I didn't feel comforatable as it wasn't not, in my opinion, a sealed container.I'm sure with a larger grain it would be fine as i'm using Jasmine rice. However, i decided to send it back a just use standard clip lock containers.

This item arrived safe and well packaged.This is a very attractive and practical rice storage container! This is a lovely matte two-tone grey and white design that looks good in a whole range of kitchens etc.This container has a great dispensing system, where you simply push the easy to use button on the front, and rice just drops down out of the bottom. The transparent jug that is included fits under the container perfectly. This not only catches and holds the rice, but also has some very cleverly designed drainage slots on one side, so I am able to drain the rice directly from this. No need to keep transferring containers.The container itself seems to also share this level of design. With a lid that perfectly seals onto the top of the container, and a floor that is slightly sloped in order to help all of the rice get dispensed. This also makes sure you do not need to rotate the rice in here either - that is done naturally each time you fill container from the top.This has a very large capacity and is high quality enough to keep out on the side all day. No need to hide the pods away any more.I highly recommend this product.

Core container is warped and wobbles when standing, no rubber seal inside the lid to keep the rice fresh, button squeaks leaving visible rust marks as you use it, and the cup was "packaged" by being thrown into the container to rattle around... resulting in scratches all over.Not a company I will ever buy anything from again, zero effort or care with their product.

I have purchased two of these dispensers now. This dispenser holds a 25lb bag of rice, keeps it fresh with a tight seal to prevent any unwanted visitors from taking up residence.One criticism is the measuring cup provided. If you go by the markings listed they are way off from any rice cooker. One cup marked on this measure is in reality two cups of rice measurements. This is, however, not a big deal, you are just aware of the measures and dispense accordingly.Very easy to use, just press the button for the desired amount of rice, and you only have to lift the heavy bag once when you initially fill it.I liked it so much I ordered another as a gift. Well worth the price if you use a lot of rice, or only use it occasionally but like to buy in bulk.

I’ve been looking for a good price Rice dispenser for a long time and I seen this on TikTok so I had to get one hahaha but when I got it the measuring cup was broken and the lid was a little wonky so it didn’t fit right but I put some tape on and it and now it now it not as wonky anymore hahhahaI did email the Company who made this rice dispenser and they refunded me money for the measuring cup because they did not have any replacements which sucks but am happy that they are giving me some money back

Can be slow to dispense and I dont like the straining feature bur otherwise perfect for the purchased purpose, to get rice accessible and out of the way
