Uvonair Plus Ultraviolet Ozonator

I first used this product three times in three days to eridicate insects in the residence and it worked. The product killed all the ants put in test cups which I captured outside. I was excited about the uvonair killing grow room pest and odors. But on the fourth use I noticed that the uvonair 5000 was no longer killing the pest but the uv light was on. I contacted the headquarters and they said the uvonair is working if the light is on and the fan is working, and could not explain there product not outputing the way it should (which was disappointing). The uvonair should have been new but you never know it could have already been used and this is the reason for my rating due to inconsistency and the company not responding correctly. I then sent it back for a refund. You can try if you want but if it does not work get a refund.
