Moldy upon arrival
One round of cheese was moldy upon arrival. We were able to salvage and serve the good parts remaining after trimming off the moldy parts. I know cheese eventually molds, but I didn’t expect it to arrive already molded. Disappointing to say the least!

Great Colby Cheese!
I've sent this to my relatives twice as birthday gifts. They loved it! They said it was very fresh, had wonderful flavor and packaged well, it was also a great value. Would recommend if you like Colby and I'll buy again in the future.

I have never been much for Colby cheese, but this is the bomb. I just wish I could configure my order and just get all Colby Caliente.

Every kind of Colby. Delicious. Bit light on the salt.But then Colby does not cure in it very long.Plop on some Lawry salt...YUM.
