Great value for the price!

This little garbage can is ideal. I have had mine in my car since 2011 and the velcro still sticks but it can be replaced easily. The collapsible feature is nice, if the garbage can is empty and you need space, just scrunch it up to tuck away. I use a small liner or small grocery bag to keep the inside of the can clean. This will help in the longevity of your car's garbage can. Since it's vinyl, it still can leak onto your carpet rug in your car if there's liquid in the item you throw away, hence the garbage liner works wonderfully. I highly recommend this product for anyone requesting a small garbage can in their car. It's space saving and keeps your car clear of visible garbage.

This is a lot smaller than the last one I purchased(different brand), but that is my fault for not reading the details close enough. That would not be a problem for smaller vehicles. It is sturdy & I tested out the water proof claim & it is indeed water proof. I will use this as a back up to my bigger one instead of a replacement.

This trash bin has both a sticky tape strip so it sticks to the floor board carpet. But also has a strap if you choose to hook it over the front seat headrest. And the great thing about it's size is the plastic produce bags you use at the grocery store fits perfectly with enough bag to fold back down over the top of the trash bin so it stays in place. When it's time to empty the bag... simply pull up the part of the bag that you folded down, knot it and throw the bag in you trash bin!!! I actually purchased one for my 13 yr old son that has down syndrome and sits in the back seat. The bin fits great in the middle of the backseat floorboard. This creates one more way for Keegan to be independant and at least once a week we empty our trash bags together! And always on Tues. after school, because the trash/recycleman comes on Wed. AM! Have fun with the most simple things to share! We High-five each other, hug and go inside!!

Update 2/2022. I bought this in 2018 and tried Seva ways to stick it to something in my minivan but nothing worked so I just had it sitting in the floor of the passenger front seat. It stayed upright unless my friend was in the seat. She would always end up knocking it over either with her huge bags or her feetSo now, I bought a new minivan and there is a puka between to front seats in front of the console that I have this sitting in.I still love the size because since it's usually only me, it's a perfect size. I have been looking at other bins that I can strap down but they are all so much larger than I need. I will keep looking for a way secure this.2018 Perfect for the car. Easy to store when not in use.

So, this little thing does its job well. How ever, I didn't realize it was so small. It's about as big around as a 2 liter bottle and half as deep... but it's waterproof-ish, durable, and doesn't fill up the floor boards.

I really like the product. It is water proof, leak proof and big enough to handle trash you generate when you travel in your automobile. You can place it in a number of locations in your vehicle so it is convenient to use. The only problem I have with the product is the Velcro on the bottom. It is too small. The Velcro used will not stick to all types of carpet. I have work gloves with Velcro straps that will stick to any type of automobile carpet. The Velcro that comes with the bag has two pieces so you can secure the bag in one location but you have to glue it down because the adhesive that comes on the Velcro will not hold it to the carpet. Other than the Velcro problem I like the product
