So easy to take.I used powder supplement , as cannot take capsules or tablets. However with powder I find it a little inconvenient as you always have to mix it with water.This is so easy to take as you just put in the cap and take the recommended amount.Also has a great flavour.Noticed a little bit of difference In my hair and skin.Losing a little bit less hair. The difference is not big, but there is some difference .Will defo buy more
