UpSpring C-Panty, Postpartum Compression Underpants, Suitable After C-Section Delivery, Black, Size L/XL

I bought these pants for my sister in law who has just given birth to nephew via C section. The added silicone patch is perfect to cover her scar and she said the pants are very comfortable, I bought the medium/large size and this is true to size for a size 12-14. She found the pants very slimming and helpful to help compress her stomach which was Perfect for wearing under a dress or jeans. I’m going to order the nude coloured pair for her next.

When I first opened the package I was a little surprised at the size...I thought they looked too small. I am a size 12 and ordered the L-XL. I was worried they would not fit, but yay they did, and well! The quality is brillant. I have washed them a few times now and they have not lost shape or elasticity.The material is comfortable to wear. It does not itch or scratch. I can feel Compression when I first put them on, but within a few moments the feeling is gone and they are comfortable to wear all day. The stretch is good. I had purchased another cheaper pair and after wearing and washing once they where binned. So yes, these are a little on the expensive side but they are worth it.They cover the c section scar well and offer much needed support in that area.Overall I am impressed and would recommend these over more affordable brands. You get what you pay for.

I got these for my partner as she likes to wear these types of pants for support after having two c-sections over the years. The quality seems to be good and they wash well but the sizing is very small, even for the bigger size. Unfortunately my partner found these too uncomfortable to wear and they would dig into the top of the tummy and around the legs.

These are made from a good quality material very comfortable to wear with good flexibility. The top of the pants doesn't roll down which is often an problemn with other similar products. They have a good hold for keeping the scar protected. The fit is excellent and the product met my expectations despite the high price, this is good value for money.

I found these very comfy and they provide really good support and held everything in place. The fabric felt smooth against my skin and was good to wear all day. I’m about a 14 and got the Large/Xl and they fitter well, They have washed just fine too. The only slightly annoying thing is they roll down a bit at the top.

The pants I would say are a realistic fit.They have stretch material and a non slip piece of rubber like material is stitched into the inside of the compression pants.This holds the wound dressings in place, without slipping or moving and the compression keeps the dressing close to the wound.

After losing quite a lot of weight over the years I unfortunately have been left with loose skin. This worked perfect to wear under my dresses. Needed something to help me tuck in for the summer :) it really helps your figure look so much better and prevents your belly from hanging. It is quite tight but you eventually get used to it.

I had a different abdominal operation and used these just for support for the incisions. This product is very good and offers brilliant support and a good sense of security!Really, really helped a lot!
