A little redundant...
I like this book for a grandparent gift, but the problem was that the themes for the coloring pages seemed to be redundant.Like one picture (the kids need to draw) is grandma flying to a building on fire, the next is the building on fire, the next the fire being put out, and then grandma putting out the fire before the firefighters arrive...Would have been nice if there were more scenes for the kids to depict. It got a little boring for my kid to keep drawing a building on fire.Grandma was very appreciative of the book though...

Great gift for Grandma
Got this book for my 5 yr old niece. She loved it! We did this one and the Grandpa book as well. These will be wonderful gifts from my 5 yr old niece to her grandparents. The story itself is not that well written; I would never just get this book to read with a little one. But it is great for encouraging your little one to draw and interact and think about the story. We had loads of fun illustrating and coloring it together. Only con might be its length. I found it a tad too long. Would be better if it had been half as long.

The story was easy for them to understand and visualize the pictures
My 4 and 2 year old (2 year old mainly used stamps) made the illustrations for their Grandma. It was a lot of work them being so young but we spaced it out over several weeks. It turned out very cute. The story was easy for them to understand and visualize the pictures.

Such a fun book! A good story
Such a fun book! A good story. I can't wait for my grandkids to illustrate it. I got 2 more to give as gifts, and they loved it as well.
