Anything to help reduce the aches and pains of all the loading I put on my muscles goes along way, I race professionally as a Triathlete and recovery is huge. I have used many methods of icing from ice baths to trying to rig up my own icepack ace wraps. Nothing compares to the design and ease that these bring and the best part about them is that I can totally be mobile while icing and recovering. I no longer have to be couch ridden or in awkward positions every time I want to ice. They are great, my favorite are the calf and hamstring/quad.

Holds cold/hot packs on my leg while I walk around house, drive car after hiking, etc. Once in a while it will loosen up a little but its easy to tighten it again. Great product support. I bought the cold pack from the same company and when I left it in a hot pot too long and it got burned and leaked, the company replaced it.
