Love this frame
Love this frame! Got it for my mom for Mother's Day and she absolutely loves it. I usually give her regular pictures of my babies but it got out of hand as I had to print new ones every few months. With this frame, I can send pictures to her weekly and she can rotate per her preference. Very easy and convenient to upload images. Would buy again!

Nice Frame and good resolution of pics. Not sure if description doesn't say but my frame must be plugged in with charger to work. Does not work without it.

We bought this for my mother-in-law. She lives out of town and this was a great way to share photos with her often. She said it’s a nice surprise to see the alert that there are new photos for her to see. We have the app on each family’s phone, so she gets pics from all of us.I only held back on a five because I’m not sure how to get the pics off of her frame if I want to drop ones or if I change my mind about one that I’ve sent.

Awesome.
This frame is awesome, works as advertised. It's so easy to send pics of our daughter to my (tech un-savvy) parents, and they don't have to do anything to be able to view them, they just show up on the frame. Great for relatives who are not technologically inclined.

no support for technical problems with the frame
I received this as a gift Christmas 2018 and it just stopped working? I can't find any instructions for troubleshooting online and none were included with the picture frame?I loved the frame and would love to have it bc we have family out of town....but not sure I want to spend $$ for another one with only lasting 6months..???
