Helping Hand Through Menopause.
The transition period of menopause can be daunting, but the right assistance makes a difference. I've been using this oil for my wife, and it has been a comfort during her menopause. Its anti-inflammatory properties and capacity to address dryness are appreciable. The oil gives a soothing effect, making her feel more balanced. She takes the recommended 3ml each day, noticing the positive impact it has on her skin, hair, and overall mood. It mixes well with her usual menopause formula without any issue. Free from dairy and gluten, it's a reassuring choice for those with dietary restrictions.

Good ingredients
The ingredients are very good though very expensive for such a small bottle. I was not able to squeeze the dropper to get a full measurement as it is not working and could only manage to get the dropper to pick up a tiny amount which was disappointing.I instead used a spoon as a measurement instead. I use it mixed with my green juice. It is early days yet. Good ingredients but very expensive and won't last long. I am unsure if I would buy it again because of the price and how little there is.Of course by the time the bottle ends, I may change my mind!

there are cheaper and better alternatives
for what you're getting in this little bottle for £35.00 (atow), you can get the same combination at a much lower cost.its mainly a blend of four omega oils, evening primrose and sea buckthorn. with a couple of seeds thrown in for good measure.yes its medically balanced, but with most things, it takes time for certain items to make any type of difference.the plus point is that it has already been pre-balanced and mixed.it does need to be mixed in with something that has quite a strong flavour, as it is not the nicest tasting of things.

Not palatable
Better to avoid. May be a good formulation but tastes vile, even putting a drop in a glass of water.

good mix of omegas
When looking at the ingredients it is basically an Omega complex from various plant oils - all vegan but you do also get Omega 7 which is not usually included in similar supplements. The only 2 ingredients that are common in menopause supplements is Evening Primrose oil which can help with hot flashes (but not for everyone) and Sea Buckthorn fruit oil which can help with the health of lady bits down there but can take up to 4 weeks of daily supplementation to start showing improvements while changes happen on a cellular level. The other ingredients are beneficial for any age or gender and them alone will not make major changes in the body, especially if you already regularly supplement or consume omega rich foods, hence why it's advised to use this along with their menopause support capsules. The taste is the same as any plant-based oil supplements, it smells citrusy but does not taste like it, easiest is to just put the daily dose in a spoon and eat it with foods that have healthy fats instead of mixing it in anything as it will leave a strong oil taste on the food. The dropper only sucks up 0.5m so you have to measure the 3ml dose in those increments (so 6 pumps). The bottle will last a month if used daily but you may need longer to see improvements.

Elevates mood and cognition.
Peering over 40 myself, menopausal symptoms were on the horizon. The decision to introduce this formula to my daily intake was pivotal. The oil, absorbed easily, left no lingering residue. Experienced a refreshing enhancement in hydration, particularly noticeable in a dry, itchy skin dilemma I was combatting. One surprise was the uptick in my mood and cognitive clarity, which surely boosted my daily interactions. Using a pipette to measure the dose was convenient, and mixing it in with the designated counterpart was undemanding.

Provides some useful omega oils but is expensive
The Equi - Menopause Oil arrives wrapped in a non-recyclable plastic bag (LDPE-4) - not really suitable for a gift. The oil is contained in a glass bottle with a plastic stopper containing a glass pipette. The pipette is graduated in ml so you can measure the amount you take. The label on the glass bottle is printed with the ingredients plus the content of the various omega oils - mainly 3 & 9 but some 6 & 7.Your body can make omega-9 so you don’t really usually need omega-9.Western diets usually provide sufficient omega-6.Much of the benefit of this preparation is from the higher level of omega-3 (in the preparation the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 is nearly 8:1 which is a good ratio).I don’t really understand why this preparation is targeting menopause specifically as while it is true that omega-7 may have a menopausal benefit it also has other benefits that would apply to both sexes. You can just about get the taste of the orange oil used to mask the flavour of the other oils. I used the pipette and with one squeeze of the soft top, I could only draw up 0.5ml. I could not draw up more than that at one time. I added 0.5ml to a bowl of homemade muesli and I could taste the oils - so I think if you added three ml to any single preparation it would taste very strongly of oil and be difficult to drink - at least for me.Overall a preparation that provides a range of omega oils - some useful. The current price is £35.00 for a month’s supply. This is an expensive product.

life saver
This bottle of miracles has helped so much with the menopause.I know that some of the ingredients are unnecessary as we get enough from our diet, but some are a little harder to acquire. It does taste awful, but so does my cbd oil and I can't manage without either now.It took a few weeks to feel any benefit, so don't give up if you don't feel better the next day after starting it. It will vary from person to person but will not be instant whoever you are.The only downside I find is the price. For a monthly supplement, it is expensive, but when it kicks in, you will find that you are very glad you persevered.
