Finally completed my set of The Hebridean Baker cookbooks - all three are wonderful reads and have inspired me to bake more!

He is a riot in person and very people pleasing. His cookbooks are eclectic and full of interesting and tasty things and best of all he has stories in his books to entertain while you're cooking.

Always a great cookbook series and wonderful Hebrides photos to rest your eyes. Your stomach will thank you too.

I gave my daughter-in-law his first book as a gift last year. So I had to add this to her collection. She was very excited to start reading this one!

What can I say about my very favorite cookbook. Yes, I collect cookbooks and have many. I have the authors first book and truly enjoyed it. But, this book is even better. Wonderful stories with receipes included. And the photos...so many. And besides all that...this wonderful man has a westie. What more could I want? Actually, nothing. This cookbook has everything for me. Why not try it...Enjoy the magic...

The Hebridean Baker: My Scottish Island Kitchen is a wonderful cookbook and also has great stories about recipes origins and Scotland. Most cook books I skip all the fluff and just read the recipes. Not this cookbook, it’s great just to read and the recipes are fantastic too!

Wonderful history and great recipes. Easy to follow and delicious

Reading this beautiful book is like taking a mini vacation to the Hebrides! The pictures are wonderful, the stories/anecdotes/mythology is fascinating and the recipes are mouthwatering. I have read the book cover-to-cover and am now ready to try out some recipes. I had some nostalgia moments when I was reminded of my childhood in Scotland-as a lowland mainlander not an islander.I enjoyed the read so much that I ordered his other book the next day!

I enjoyed this new cookbook as much as the first and that’s unusual. I’ve made a few recipes from this gem and each has been very well received. The measures are accurate and I trust them which I have had troubles with in other books.The photos stand up to coffee table books, and make me think about another highland trip is calling!

So many delicious recipes. Many can handily be adapted for preference or allergies and work out beautifully

This is a lovely cookbook! It is loaded with delicious recipes that I will definitely make at home.
