NeoCover NCLGA-1209-A Lady Harvest Luggage, 20"

I bought this luggage in March hoping it would be a pleasant and exciting experience to use it on my first trip to Oregon in April. When getting out of my truck to catch the shuttle to the airport I noticed the zipper lining had completely come undone. I didn't have time to run back to my house, I needed to catch my plane. So I had to carry around this luggage carry-on, onto the plane and also make sure none of my clothes fell out. While in Oregon and I purchased some duct tape to temporarily fix the problem for my way back so that maybe possibly I could get it repaired. After the repair shop told me it would cost just as much as I paid for the luggage to repair it, I tried contacting the seller and told them what happened. They basically told me there was nothing they could do since it was after 30 days and that I should talk to the airport about replacing it, however it didn't happen at the airport it happened before I even got there. It's a really cool suitcase with a cool design however it is very cheaply made I would not buy it again!

This is the best piece of luggage I've had in a very long time. It holds quite a lot for the size, and fits very well in the plane's overhead.

Easy to maneuver. Clothes can be strapped in to both halves which helps keep things neat and organized. Good purchase.

The luggage was exactly as described and is perfect for trips of 7-14 days, Plus, it's the maximum size for most every airline's carry-on rules.

Luggage is luggage, right? Well not so much and I felt compelled to write this review but in this case it is for good reasons. I bought this luggage elsewhere, which is why this review doesn't come up as a verified purchase but because of its quality I would like others to know about it.There are a few really good luggage brands on the market selling at department stores and specialty retailers that are very high quality but of course they have the price tag to match. When I first saw some of these it was sticker shock, mostly because I do not mind paying extra for high quality but there is a difference between "extra" and "extreme extra". To be clear, I am not referring to designer name brands, which often are middle of the road quality but fall into the "extreme extra" pricing. The brands I am referring to are true high end luggage makers but some of them sell upwards of $400 for the same size piece as this one and I can't figure out what makes it $400. $200, maybe but not $400.The Neo Cover piece may not fall into the $400 level however if it was at one of the specialty retailers for $150 to $200 it would be a piece I would buy. Fortunately it doesn't sell for that price, which makes it even better. This is a great quality piece of luggage for a phenomenal price. Wheels are great, zippers and sewing are strong and the handle is sturdy. I expect this piece to last for a long time and as is always the case will come back to edit this review if anything changes.How I rate products:When I give a rating to a product said product automatically starts with four stars as I rarely will purchase anything below four stars.
