True to size and very comfortable. These have held up nicely, and are very durable.

Insert feels too tall on the front of the heel. Uncomfortable! It's feeling better after a few days. I'll reevaluate after a month or so.

Had to wear awhile and stretch them before they are comfy. Could not use insert that came with them.. made them too tight. Ordered chocolate and received light tan

My husband had begun to wear his outdoor shoes inside. He never really explains anything to me and after a couple of months of nagging him to take them of and put on his slippers, he finally explained that he is wearing his shoes because they provide better balance than his (old) house slippers. He is a diabetic with increasing balance problems as he ages and the neuropathy increases. Anyway. He has now been wearing them since a little before Christmas (I couldn't wait because he was dragging road dirt into the house). So he likes them they are supportive, they slip on readily and they keep his feet warm. That being said, I did size up after reading the reviews. And they fit just right. I like the firm toe box that protects his toes. He is happy with them. and I am happy with them! Now if I could only get him to drink enough water......
