Great sound and super-easy to play!
I ordered three of these East Top harmonicas in A, Eb, and F, and all three sound great, and they're all very easy to play, in terms of the amount of effort involved. Each and every hole plays perfectly without any need to disassemble and adjust them. I have several Hohner harmonicas that have never sounded quite right, at least not out of the box. They always need the reeds adjusted, and even then they seem to require much more effort than should be necessary. For roughly half the price of a Hohner, these East Top units were a pleasant surprise... and I'll be ordering more!

Noice harp
Weighty, playable, affordable. Truth be told, the case alone is worth the price!

Great Harp for the money!
This a great harp for the beginner! For the money it’s even better! If you’ve been playing for a long time, you’ll love it!

Works not well
The blow reeds seem to work ok, but to draw and bend a note is not consistent if it works at all. Very difficult to play to well.

Out of tune on arrival
Let me start by saying that I’m not a dedicated harmonica player, I do the Neil Young/Bob Dylan thing whilst playing guitar and foot drums, but I am a gigging/professional musician of over 25 years so I feel like I have a decent idea of what sounds good and what doesn’t. I am a fan of these Easttop harmonicas and I own several of them and the tone of the blues harps is great! It’s right up there with my hohners. Unfortunately, the hohners have steadily increased in price and I go through quite a few harps so I’m no longer willing to shell out $50+ for a harmonica I use on a few tunes to add a little ambience. The East tips have been a good substitute and I’m still using my G and A without issues. That being said, I’ve always wanted a Low F harp because of the raunchy low sound they kick out, it works perfectly for our Americana duo, but I got o e for Christmas and put it through the paces. At first I was just playing using my hands like a traditional harmonica player would and it sounded GREAT! I was pumped! Brought it downstairs and played a couple tunes and noticed a few of the notes sounded off. Retuned my guitar, same issue, changed capos, switched guitars, retuned those guitar, etc. etc. Eventually my wife (who is also a musician and plays music with me) hollered down to me in the basement, is that thing out of tune? I thought no way, I haven’t even had it for an hour. But it was so we did a quick and easy exchange on Amazon. A few days later my new Low F harp arrived. Same process as before was underway although the new one sounded slightly better in a few positions, there’s no way I could gig with this thing so back it goes 😔. My dream of playing a Low F harp is, for the time being, still a dream…I have a 3 star review because I don’t see a lot of 3 stars for any products, it’s usually 5, 4, or 1 so wanted shake it up but also be fair to East Top, some of the harps are great, not the Low F though.
