Top quality good tasting organic Soy
This is an excellent Soy sauce, fantastic taste! It is gluten free which means no wheat was used in its production. I'm sure it does not contain sugars either like so many other commercial soy sauces. The bottle has a good top so that not too much pours out of it as you put the bottle face down over food.I recommend this as probably being one the very best soy sauces presently available for sale in the UK. Go for it!

The Best Tamari
This Tamari is so tasty! It's not overly salty and has a great depth of flavour. It certainly beats some of the more popular brands and is very reasonable on price. A little goes a long way and is the perfect way to compliment Asian cooking.

SAUCE EXCELLENT, PACKAGING NOT SO
A LOVELY SAUCE BUT WHEN i OPENED THE BOX SAUCE HAD LEAKED BADLY ONTO THE PACKAGING MATERIAL FROM THE FLIP TOP LID WHICH IS CLEARLY NOT LEAKPROOF. SUGGEST A SECURITY COVER UNDERNEATH THE FLIP TOP LID.
