MONOGUE Multi-Level Cat Condo with Sisal Scratching Post for Indoor Cats

Whilst the tree looks nice the surface is too smooth and so there’s no grip. My cats won’t use it. Some parts are not fixed and just slot into compartments so are not solid/ stable. A few bits were missing when it arrived and I put it together. Cats refuse to use it.

This cat tress arrived quickly. It is good quality and sturdy. My cat’s immediately wanted to play on it while I was building it. It’s a good size even for adult cats. I have a large and heavy Persian cat and he sits and climbs on it comfortably. Also it’s attractive. No smell. I recommend

I read all the comments below and was hoping for a mistake but no, there is one piece missing: a scratching foot piece that is the only way to put the transparent plastic "bubble" and the little "box" at the top.There are missing holes on the "round balcony" so there is one piece I can't use.Anyway, I knew the risks so I changed it a little bit: the little circle at the bottom is wayyyyyyy too small for a normal cat so I used this soft beige foot to replace the one scratching one at the top. The size matched weirdly perfectly well... Anyway, please find attached a picture where I circled the foot that was supposed to be at the bottom but I put at the top to build the tree. The difference of colors is fine. My cats love it as it is fresh and living in the UAE, they are looking for. The round balcony is not usable as there are not holes but it was not very useful to be honest as it's the way out for the cats.General feedback: before buying, be prepared:- there is 1 paper with a drawing that is suffisent to build the tree but there are pieces that won't work (the little balcony doesn't have holes so how can we put it..?),- you might have to change some things as there is a missing piece and/or missing holes.I don't regret, I keep it but I just want to warn everyone before buying it.

I got my order yesterday and assembled it at the same night. Appearance is good but the quality is very poor all tools is complete but everything is lose.... all the post like the scratch post is all removing from the bottom that you cannot lock it. My cat is even thin but when she went up she slip due to unstable post and slippery wood. They're processing the refund and the return. Its VERY UNSAFE.

It has missing parts

Different measurements than the actual picture, its too small and the parts are so close to each other .. I have cats not small rats .. its not going to fit them .. its okay for small kittens but not suitable for adult cats .. some parts are missing.. so disappointing

i saw the reviews in this product and how people were saying that it had missing parts. BUT when my product arrived it included every part needed + the screws and screwdriver, the only thing that was missing was the instruction manual but it was very easy to set up so but even needed, just follow the picture on the box.
