You know when you want an EDC (Every Day Carry) torch that is ultra reliable, incredibly bright, has extra features and just makes you happy?Well this is it.The machining on this torch is superb and the feel of the matt finish in your had just makes you want to fiddle with it all day.You know when you find something that has been made to ultra precise measurements and there are so few friction points that it feels like a tiny spacecraft?This is it.You know when you need a pocket torch that turns up to eleven, when you need it to?This is it.My photos show me illuminating the tree in my garden - about 20 feet away.Off, levels 1,2 and 3 and boosted (double click the on button).The video shows the laser hitting a tree about 30Meters away in the dark.To be honest, the laser pointer will be fine in a day lit conference room, but don’t expect it to be hitting clouds - it’s an edc torch, not a silly super laser toy.Olight make superb, and I mean we’ll made, reliable, high precision and aesthetically pleasing products and this does not fall short of that measure.It comes with a magnetic charger that attaches securely to the base, charges quickly, has very tactile and solid button and switch actions and fits beautifully in any edc kit.Oh and if you have the Bellroy venture sling, it fits perfectly in one of the accessory pockets.

I’m a big fan of Olight and this latest addition to my collection is really great.The dual purpose torch (flashlight) and green laser pointer suit my needs perfectly, as I am a music lecturer. I often need to present material on a whiteboard. The laser pointer is great for explaining technical details.The torch comes in very handy when I am plugging in cables at the back of amps and mixing desks so having such a compact but useful device is ideal.The unit charges magnetically on the supplied charging cable, with the added bonus that the base of the torch is magnetic for hands-free use.

Expensive, but it shows in the build quality. A superb EDC torch, with the added benefit of a built in green diode laser for for presentation pointer duty. Great battery life. Clip for belt or jacket inner pocket. Magnetic USB charging. Another great bit of kit From Olight.

This is actually a great dual function torch and laser pointer, with the usual high quality Olight build. It feels rugged and good to hold, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend if it's what you need.For me it wasn't suitable for the intended environment for use in an auditorium. The torch beam is quite flooded and spread, so doesn't seem as bright as the lumens suggest, compared to torches with a more focussed beam. The green laser is a useful addition to make it a dual purpose device, but rated at 0.39mW it is better over short range. The laser is also behind the lens so it is susceptible to smearing.

Handy and small to keep in my backpack. Battery life seems good enough, the brightness range is great, and having a laser on hand to annoy my cat is a nice bonus.

Pocket sized although longer than some other models, the flatter design really makes it great if you don’t want a bulge in your pocket

Laser is a bit of a gimmick for me but otherwise very pocketable with the clip in a good position and more than bright enough on high with the added bonus of a 1000 lumens on turbo. As a maintenance technician I use this daily and so far it's standing up to the abuse.

2 in one laser pointer and torch. Nice size. Just wonder how long the bulb lasts, can it be replaced
