Bloody Mary Recipe 1 Litre Tomato Juice 200ml-300ml Vodka 1 tsp Bloody Mary Spice Mix 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce Juice of one lemon Juice of one lime 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce (optional) 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard (optional) 1/2 tsp Horseradish Sauce (optional) Mix the ingredients thoroughly with the tomato juice and vodka. Serve over ice with celery stick and slices of lemon. Mulled Wine Recipe 2 bottles red wine 120-150g Demerara sugar 2 oranges 1/2 contents of spice mix Add the wine to a saucepan with the sugar and half the contents of the Mulled Wine Spice Mix. Add the juice from one and a half of the oranges. Bring to a very low simmer and leave for 2-3 minutes. Using a sieve, strain the mulled wine into a serving bowl. Slice the remaining half orange and add to bowl. Margarita Recipe 50ml Tequila 25ml Triple Sec 20ml Lime Juice Run a slice of lime around the lip of a glass. Twist the upturned glass in the Citrus Margarita Salt to create a rim around the glass. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a small amount of ice. Shake well and strain into the salt rimmed glass. Serve with a slice of lime. If making without a shaker, remove ice before serving.
