Easy to put on and wear. Rather than a big boost of energy, it seems to help endurance a lot. The last hours of my work day can be so hard to get through and getting home I just want to collapse.With the patch I feel tired, however I find the endurance better.

Loyal customer for several years, but I’m out. The added iron makes me feel terrible, and I don’t think anyone should buy this. I think the added iron has the potential to make you feel worse and not better, and if you are looking for an energy boost, the new addition of iron will cancel out any effects the b-12 will have.I have zero idea why they would add iron, but they did. It doesn’t help absorb B-12. The only reason why i can think of is low b-12 and low iron have the same symptoms, and sometimes low iron precedes b-12. SOMETIMES. Not all the time. Hey everyone, Veru wellness thinks that we don’t know the difference and if we are using b-12 patches, then we all must be anemic. If I wanted Iron, I would buy an iron supplement. Iron doesn’t help increase energy, can only help IF you happen to be deficient. Not everyone is anemic. Vemu: Hey, sales are doing great, we have a lot of good reviews on Amazon, I’m bored AND dumb, soooo, let’s torpedo ourselves. How can we do that? I know, change the formula, change the material, and not mention a thing. Bro, y’all are unraveling and whoever idea this was should be quietly given another job in the company, like drawing pretty pictures for the lobby or assigned to staff birthday celebrations.Save your money and find a different brand if you are using this for an energy boost.

Totally worth the long term energy and definitely helped with menopause belly!

These patches were not as benign as advertised. They have a couple of questionable ingredients and not just B-12. They made me very jittery and gave me a headache. Discontinued use after a day.

Came nicely packaged. Fast shipping. Instructions were clear. I'm a 5'4, 155lb female. Used for almost a week now on my hip. I felt a huge burst of energy after first putting the patch on that stayed steady the full time wearing it. The first couple of days using I did get headaches and I don't usually get so I was sure to drink more water when needed and paid attention after the first day to take off after the 10th hour. I wore a patch while in the pool and the patch stayed put the entire time. Added bonus I did have a decreased appetite while wearing, did feel hungrier as soon as I removed though. Had my 6'1, 180lbs husband try - he drinks about 3-4 energy drinks a day, was hoping this would eliminate the amount of drinks he had a day but unfortunately he said it wasn't as effective for him. I like them and felt they worked as expected very well.

It's so sad because I'd love to say these work since they seem so much better than pills, capsules, tablets, and tinctures. The active ingredients are good but...I feel nothing. No energy, no subtle boost, nothing. In fact, I feel exhausted and foggy headed!The inactive adhesive ingredients aren't listed. Star off for that.The active ingredients are in ambiguous and hard to understand amounts. There could be very little active ingredients in these...star off for that.The adhesion is good enough. Conforms to your skin and moves with you. I didn't have any irritation from these.At the end of the day, if a product that costs you doesn't help you feel any better, it's hard to recommend it or have any reason to buy it again. :(
