The marketing information is misleading. The knives are made in China. In my experience, Chinese products look good but have very poor quality. I have found them to be worse than those made in Thailand or India. I thought I was getting knives made in Japan. I would have paid more if they had been made in Japan.

Have purchased other brands and love the feel of this knife. The edge stays a bit sharper then my Dalstrong and LauKingdom Chef knives, but I love them all. This handle is wood, but so far has held up equally as good as the others.

These are gorgeous knives that do the job, buy a honing tool to sharpen them and they will serve you well. I have Shun knives too and they cost me more but these are every bit as nice.

I’ve purchased a Kutt knife last year and have loved it ever since. Just got the new set of knives and I can tell that I am not disappointed. Nice and sharp, feels great in the hand. The beautiful packaging alone will win you over! Highly recommend!

They cut better than my good knives. I even got praises for them from my mother-in-law who occasionally helps in the kitchen! I also like the fact that the handles are not slippery. No complaints.

Durable and good product

I was so happy to receive these, every kitchen should have at least one high quality knife.They are so sharpe it’s scary, I rested the large knife I a potato and with the slightest pressure if sliced through it effortlessly, it literally sent shivers down my spine. Now I look for reasons to chop food,LOVE these knives, what I considered quality knives has now been raised to a whole new level.

Item now even better value as they are £10 cheaper than when I bought them. Sharp durable and light in the hand. They are Japanese steel, German design and constructed in China. They were a gift and have been remarked upon often.

I have bought other knives and after a few days of use I start to struggle and need to sharpen but these have kept a razor sharp edge so far and are so comfortable to use
