Having so many multiple sizes is perfect for this kit for using my router

This set costs half of what most people want for just one bit. 1/2" shank bits are always more expensive, but not this time.Are they the best on the face of the planet? No. But for the money, they've really got it going on. Just buy them and be done with it.

They work, they left heat marks about 10% of the time I used them, but the ones I have are straight and have a decent finish, I use 100-120 grit to sand afterwards. My set is fine for beginners but if you're a professional livelihood depends on the quality of your finish, this isn't for you. Shops like that probably already have freud bits, though.

good just what I needed

The bits look great, I would have given higher rating if I didn't cut my finger attempting to remove a bit from box.The box is small and the bits are fitted tightly, not much room to get fingers around shift. It cause difficulty removing, risking cutting yourself on razor sharp blades.

It is a good selection of high quality bits. Having taught woodshop classes in the past, and worked in cabinet shops. I was very pleased to get such a nice set of bits in a solid safe container. Well worth the money for your home shop.
