Please save your money and buy a good product.
Most of the "pieces" were broken. The backplate was missing what the screws and bolts would hold together to make sure the back of the chair doesn't just fall back completely so what i built was a bed instead of a chair. The right arm was snapped and it just slid out of it's position at the slightest touch.

Not good quality
I have had this chair for a year and it just broke the handle on the right and the springs in the back broke about 2 months ago.

comfortable and relaxed
it take 15-20min to put it together.This office chair so far is great! It's very comfortable. I work from home so I really wanted to get a chair that I would be comfortable sitting in for hours. This chair more than satisfies that goal, providing very good support with adjustable headrest and armrest. It arrived quick and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great office chair for a very affordable price.

Some components are cheaply made. My lumbar back support arrived broken.

NOT made of durable plastic
I bought this chair as a Christmas gift for my husband. Today I am reviewing it because it is now the beginning of May and he just pushed down on the arm rest to get up and the entire arm rest broke off. It is not fixable. Lasted less than six months. We are sad.
