You do not need loads of room!
I bought this exercise DVD and must say its fine. It would be great for people who haven't exercise before or for a while. Excellent for anyone who is overweight and just needs to get moving. Nothing annoying about it at all, as I purchased loads of dvds in the past and if it wasn't for the music being terrible, it was the instructor. I must state you do not need loads of room to do this dvd, the most you will be doing is four steps in one direction, so it you can comfortably step forward, backwards and side to side four good paces, its fine.

I was growing bored with my usual walk aerobics workout
I was growing bored with my usual walk aerobics workout, so thought I'd try this. Unfortunately, this production makes the same mistake that most of them do. Highly choreographed, and aiming for the "oooohhhh" factor rather than giving us a good, easy-to-follow work out. I want to get the exercise, not be dazzled by the trainer's fancy foot work. Producers need to go back to the KISS system (Keep It Simple, Stupid). The warm up is a good start, showing basic steps and then having the viewer do several sets of that one step. By the time they move into the actual work out, they're throwing in steps that weren't shown before (turning about while leaping up on your toes, for example) and the sets have changed from 8 repetitions of one step to one repetition of 8 steps. I'm not a dancer....I'm not even co-ordinated....and when I spend more time standing still trying to figure out what the instructor is doing, then the routine is not for me. Perhaps after we've stumbled along in their wake for a dozen viewings, we might get our feet untangled enough to follow along, but I'm not sure I feel motivated enough to struggle through it that much. Try Leslie Sansone's walk aerobics if you're not a prima ballerina...a good work out without the complicated routines. Boring, but effective.

It certainly gets you going!!
I am please with this purchase as I it gives you the work out exercises you can do before venturing out to go walking. This can be good if as usual the British weather is not on your side, as you can do the exercises in the living room. I found a lot of help that I did not have before and I think this is not just good for a beginner but also anyone who wants to get more into the walking work out.

Boring
This DVD would be perfect for beginners looking to start doing light exercising at home. But if you are looking for a challenging workout this is not it.

A bit boring
I didn't really like the instructor. Her manner was boring, the set was plain no atmosphere either , I don't like toning with bands rather weights overall wouldn't recommend it caz
