I like this and so far it hols the vacuum - the only niggle is that the usable room inside is just the transparent box and not really inside the lid as this is taken up for the most part by the mechanism that allows the pump to work.I bought it for keeping bread fresh, but I can only fit HALF a loaf inside because of the vacuum mechanism inside. If the pump was on the end instead of the middle, it would have worked.

It works exactly as claimed. Not large enough for a loaf of bread but large enough to get quite a lot of stuff in generally. And it holds its vacuum seal absolutely fine (which is the one thing I was worried about). It's exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy with it.

Only bad point thing I can think of is French wording instead of English, but none is really needed,Monis = Month and Jour = day,if you forget then the word with 12 numbers next to it is the month and the word with 31 numbers next to it is the day.
